Instructions
  • Get the scouts to build a box which will become the pigeon hole
  • When the pigeons holes are built, choose locations around the district to place the pigeon holes
  • Ask the scouts to figure out what questions they want answers to
  • Label the pigeon holes with these questions
  • Wait, and wait, and wait
  • Open up the boxes and read the responses
  • Figure out a plan to put these requests and changes into place
