Instructions
- Get the scouts to build a box which will become the pigeon hole
- When the pigeons holes are built, choose locations around the district to place the pigeon holes
- Ask the scouts to figure out what questions they want answers to
- Label the pigeon holes with these questions
- Wait, and wait, and wait
- Open up the boxes and read the responses
- Figure out a plan to put these requests and changes into place
