We are looking for a Development Team Assistant to help us grow the numbers of young people and adults that support Scouting across the whole of the County.

This paid role is a fundamental part of taking Scouting to new and under-represented communities and will involve working directly with both adults and young people to run and support youth provision.

It is an amazing opportunity to use your talents and skills to help even more young people experience amazing Scouting experiences.
