New resources for inducting adults
Following on from a recent training course it was identified that we don’t have any resources to help adults with inductions.
We know that adults leave Scouting too often leave Scouting within their first 12 months.
How often might this be because there isn’t an effective plan for their induction?
Recognising this we have developed some new pages to help new adults and their line managers to come up with and use an Induction Plan.
