National Inclusion week – we can all play a part

This week is National Inclusion Week (28th Sept to 4th Oct) and we would like to raise awareness of Diversity and Inclusion.

This year’s theme is “Each one, Reach One” which asks everyone to use their lived experience, knowledge, skills or influence to spread the message of diversity and inclusion to create cultures of everyday inclusion.

It is an opportunity to create an inclusion chain inside and outside of Scouting.

It’s your opportunity to step away from your familiar environment and meet other volunteers with different experiences and perspectives that add to our rich Scouting environment.

It’s also a chance to reflect on your own experiences and how your everyday volunteering can enhance equality and inclusion.

Our vision is that the Scouting is a place where everyone is Respected, Included, and can Perform to the best of their abilities.

We value your support in making this week a success.
