Squirrel Scouts is where the adventure begins.

As County Squirrel Scouts Team Leader, you’ll help shape the County programme for our youngest section (ages 4–5), making sure it’s fun, inclusive and supports the priorities and outcomes of the national 2026–2035 strategy.
The County Squirrel Scouts Team is part of the wider County Programme Team.

Purpose: Working in partnership with other county programme team members, you’ll support and empower Squirrel Scout leaders across the County, helping them deliver great programme experiences in their Dreys. You’ll also act as a champion for Squirrel Scouts, sharing insight from local delivery and helping to shape national priorities

Time Commitment: Very flexible, typically 2-3 hours a week.
