We are looking for a volunteer with a passion to see young people aged 14-

24 thrive in Gloucestershire. This role will lead the 14-24 team and is a key part of delivering our strategy to increase the number of young people and Top Awards across our County.

The 14- 24 Team oversees and supports the delivery of quality programmes for young people in the 14-24 age range. This includes promoting and supporting Top Awards, and supporting Section programmes when activities or events are best done at the County scale.

This vital team member will need to inspire others to ensure our Explorer Scouts and Network members get the best out of being a member of their Unit. This is achieved by
working in partnership with the County Team to support the strategic direction of the 14-24 provision across Gloucestershire in accordance with Scouts rules.

Time Commitment: Very flexible, typically 2 hours a week.
