We are looking for a volunteer with a passion to see young people aged 4- 24 thrive in Gloucestershire

This role is a key part of delivering our strategy to increase the number of Top Awards across our County.
This vital team member will need to inspire others to ensure our Young people aged 4 – 24 have the opportunity to achieve the Top Award for their section. This is achieved by working in partnership with the County Team to support the promotion, knowledge and recognition of Top Awards across Gloucestershire in accordance with Scouts rules.

Purpose: The Top Awards team lead supports the delivery of quality programmes for young people with a focus on the sectional Top Awards. This includes promoting and recognising Top Awards, and supporting Section leaders to provide pathways for young people to achieve.

Time Commitment: Very flexible, typically 2 hours a week.
