We are looking for a volunteer with a passion for organising events and badge courses, helping young people aged 4-24 in developing skills for life. 

As County Badge Course Team Leader, you’ll help shape the County 4 – 24 programme, making sure it’s exciting, inclusive and supports the priorities and outcomes of the national 2026–2035 strategy.
The County Badge Course Team is part of the wider County Programme Team.

Purpose: Working in partnership with other county programme team members, you’ll support the planning and development of badges courses and events across the County, helping to deliver high-quality programme experiences. You’ll also act as a champion for Scouting, sharing insight from local delivery and helping to shape national priorities

Time Commitment: Very flexible, typically 2-3 hours a week
