Gloucestershire County Scouts are looking for enthusiastic young adults to apply for the role of County Youth Lead. Currently we have vacancies for this role and are looking for young adults to apply!

The main role of the County Youth Lead is to champion Youth Shaped scouting across the district, leasing with other Youth Lead, District and Group teams to provide opportunities for young people to shape their scouting.

We are looking for someone with passion for youth shaped scouting, willingness to learn and develop, enthusiasm and forward thinking. As part of the role, you will be expected to complete a manager and supporter wood badge which will give you opportunities to attend training and learn from experienced managers.
