International Trips 2027

Gloucestershire Cubs, Scouts & Explorers have the chance to travel abroad in 2027 with exciting international trips to:
 
🌍 World Scout Jamboree – Poland
🌍 Haarlem Jamborette – Netherlands
🌍 Zellhof Scout Centre – Austria
 
With over 150 spaces available, there’s something for everyone — whether it’s your first time abroad or you’re already a seasoned traveller!

When? 29th July to 9th August 2027
Where? Gdansk, Poland
Eligibility: Ages 14-17 – born between 31/07/2009 – 30/07/2013

When? 24th July – 4th August 2027
Where? Haarlem, Netherlands
Eligibility: Ages 10½-17 – born between 24/07/2009 – 24/01/2017

When? TBC (Between 22nd July – 8th August 2027)
Where? Zellhof, Austria
Eligibility: Ages 10½-17 – born between 24/07/2009 – 24/01/2017

We expect a large level of interest for these trips, as such, there will be a selection process as outlined below:

1. For Young People that will be Explorer age by the time of the trips (born between 31/07/2009-05/08/2013), there will be a joint selection event between the World Scout Jamboree and Haarlem Jamborette, so your Young Person will need to attend EITHER:
Saturday 18th October – Cranham Scout Centre – 09:00-16:00
Sunday 19th October – Cranham Scout Centre – 09:00-16:00

2. For Young People that will be Scout age by the time of the trips (born between 06/08/2013-24/01/2017), selection for the Haarlem Jamborette will take place on:- Saturday 8th November – Hucclecote Scout Hut – 10:00-16:00

3. There is no selection process for Zellhof, just complete the selection form and tick ‘Zellhof’ to register interest.
