Trustees are volunteers who sit on our District Trustee Board to ensure good governance of our finances, buildings, and strategic planning. Through monitoring and supportive challenge, they help to ensure that young people in Gloucestershire have a great Scouting journey.

You do not need an in-depth knowledge of Scouting, just the time and desire to contribute positively. Your skills and work place knowledge have the potential to change lives.

Trustees make decisions of a strategic nature, working alongside the Lead Volunteers who oversees the operational side of Scouting. It is challenging but extremely rewarding.
